HI there, I know I am a little late with the report back, no real excuses... so here it comes.

We had a great weekend in Germany, the SA team made history, especially the girls! We all made A-finals and got fantastic results with Bridgitte getting a silver medal in the K1 1000m. Jen got an amazing and very close 4th spot in here K1 500m.... she is due for a medal very soon.

In the K4 we made our first A-final which was very exciting for us, we came 9th...

Shaun Ruebenstein did well too making the A-finals in the 500 and the 1000m.

We have been training hard this week, and getting ready for Poland next weekend.
